Getting Started

Get started with BillingReconcile

BillingReconcile uses a guided onboarding process so your workspace, integrations, and reconciliation workflow are set up correctly from the start. This page explains what to expect and the order most MSPs follow after onboarding begins.

How onboarding works

  1. Create your account and begin onboarding.
  2. Complete the intake questionnaire with details about your PSA, integrations, tools, and approximate client count.
  3. Book your onboarding session using the in-app calendar.
  4. Go through a guided walkthrough of the platform and setup sequence with our team.
  5. Use the in-app checklist and guided product tour to complete the remaining setup steps with confidence.

Recommended setup order

After onboarding starts, most organizations follow the same sequence so reconciliation results are accurate and easy to understand.

1. Connect integrations

Add and configure the integrations your organization uses so BillingReconcile can pull the data needed for reconciliation.

2. Run your initial sync

Sync connected systems to pull fresh records into the platform and review connector health before moving forward.

Review Integrations Status

3. Review client mapping

Confirm that clients from your integrations are mapped correctly to PSA-side clients and fix any mismatches before relying on results.

Open Client Mapping

4. Set up service mapping rules

Map PSA services and billing items to the usage coming from your integrations so discrepancies are calculated meaningfully.

Open Service Management

5. Review discrepancies in Billing & Invoices

Once mapping is in place, you can review reconciled invoices, flagged services, inactive seats, and revenue-impacting discrepancies.

Helpful notes

The onboarding session is where most teams learn the platform in detail. The resources center is meant to support that process with clear reference material afterward.

BillingReconcile also includes a sidebar checklist and a guided product tour that highlights important areas of the app as you work through setup.
