Integrations are what make BillingReconcile useful in real-world MSP environments. They allow the platform to compare PSA-side billing with usage, seats, devices, backups, licenses, and other data coming from connected systems.
After connecting integrations, most teams run a sync, review client mapping, confirm service mapping rules, and then move into Billing & Invoices to review discrepancies.
Because integrations drive the data available to reconciliation, healthy connector setup is one of the most important parts of onboarding.
Connect operational systems that help tie billing records to service delivery, agreements, users, devices, and other managed-service data.
Connect cloud and vendor systems that provide seat counts, subscription data, licensing information, backups, or other billable usage.
Each supported integration can have its own setup guide with instructions for locating API keys, generating credentials, and completing the connection flow.
If you do not see the integration you need, you can contact BillingReconcile from within the app and send the connector name directly through the built-in support flow.
That helps your team request coverage without leaving the platform or relying on a separate email workflow.
