Integrations Status

Integrations Status gives you a focused view of connector health, recent sync activity, and follow-up actions. It is the main place to confirm that connected systems are healthy before relying on reconciliation results.

What this page shows

  • All connected and enabled integrations
  • Current health state for each connector
  • Last sync timing
  • Recent alert history for failed syncs
  • Sync history across healthy and unhealthy runs

Understanding health status

BillingReconcile uses a simple three-level health model so issues are easy to spot. Green means the connector is healthy and up to date. Yellow usually means the integration is unsynced or needs attention. Red means the sync failed and should be reviewed before relying on the data.

When a connector is yellow or red, it is usually best to resolve that issue first before spending much time on downstream discrepancies.

Sync actions

You can sync an individual integration directly from the table when only one connector needs attention. You can also use sync all when you want to refresh every enabled integration together.

This is especially useful after connecting new systems, updating credentials, or preparing for a fresh reconciliation review.

Managing connector settings

Each integration can be opened in a manage flow where users update API keys, credentials, or connector-specific configuration. This is the first place to check when a sync begins failing unexpectedly.

Integrations Status is focused on monitoring and actions, while the settings area is where broader integration management lives.

Recommended workflow

  1. Confirm that all important connectors are green and recently synced.
  2. Review recent failed syncs or alert history for anything red or yellow.
  3. Run an individual sync or sync all if data needs to be refreshed.
  4. Open manage settings for connectors with outdated credentials or configuration issues.
