The Subscription & Billing page gives organization admins a clear view of the current plan, active add-ons, billing status, payment method, upcoming charges, and invoice history.
The main subscription card summarizes the plan your organization is currently using. It shows the plan name, billing cycle, price, account limit, renewal date, and add-on summary in one place.
If your organization is still in a demo, trial, or inactive state, the page will guide admins toward choosing a plan before billing becomes active.
Plan tiers are based on the number of client accounts your organization wants to include in reconciliation. The page helps admins compare account limits and select a tier that matches current usage.
Add-ons appear separately from the base plan so admins can see what is active, what is available, and what optional capabilities can be added to the subscription.
Admins can open checkout from the current subscription card or from the tier selector. Checkout shows the selected tier, billing cycle, add-ons, payment method, and billing summary before the change is confirmed.
When a plan or add-on change affects the current billing period, the billing summary explains what is due today and what the next regular payment is expected to be.
The upcoming bill section breaks out the plan, add-ons, taxes, credits, and total so admins can understand the next scheduled charge at a glance.
Billing history lists previously billed invoices. Invoices can include both the base subscription and any add-ons that were part of that billing period.
Admins can update the saved payment method when the card on file changes or when billing responsibility moves to a different finance contact.
Renewal controls let admins manage whether selected add-ons continue renewing or whether the subscription and active add-ons should stop renewing at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription changes should usually be handled by organization owners, finance admins, or the person responsible for MSP billing operations.
Keeping billing ownership clear helps avoid accidental plan changes and makes it easier to align subscription decisions with client count growth and reporting needs.
